Accounts Payable Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Process vendor invoices and expense vouchers with accuracy and timeliness.
- Review and post invoices, ensuring proper coding and documentation.
- Manage company credit card distribution and reconciliation processes.
- Maintain accounts payable records, reports, and files systematically.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and tax regulations.
- Respond to vendor inquiries and assist with travel and expense reimbursements.
- Support the preparation of financial reports and registers as required.
- Participate in year-end procedures and 1099 processing.
Accounts Payable Associate Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science in Accounting or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts payable operations.
- Proficiency with Fund EZ or similar accounting software is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills for managing tasks effectively.
- Experience in a non-profit environment is preferred.
