Radiology Imaging Manager Overview

  • The Radiology Imaging Manager oversees imaging services, ensuring operational excellence and patient care quality.
  • Lead a multidisciplinary team managing advanced imaging modalities such as CT, MRI, and Ultrasound.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize workflows and improve patient outcomes.

Radiology Imaging Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

Radiology Imaging Manager Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree required; Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in diagnostic imaging roles; supervisory experience preferred.
  • Certification in Radiologic Technology, Diagnostic Medical Sonography, or Nuclear Medicine required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and imaging management systems.
  • Strong knowledge of hospital regulatory requirements and accreditation standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements.
