Project Manager

Overview

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of construction project management experience; 7 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills for client and team interactions.
