Key Responsibilities & Duties

Job Requirements

  • Active architectural license with 5+ years of professional experience in building construction methods.
  • Proficiency in design development, construction documentation, and administration processes.
  • Strong knowledge of model codes, sustainable design principles, and cost estimation techniques.
  • Experience in managing permitting processes and coordinating with regulatory authorities.
  • Ability to multitask, manage stress, and deliver results within tight deadlines.
