Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Book and validate derivative transactions ensuring accuracy and alignment with strategic objectives.
- Manage trade lifecycle events including resets, payments, and amendments.
- Coordinate with technology teams to ensure accurate trade capture and reporting.
- Develop and implement automation solutions to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with external partners to resolve issues and ensure smooth trade execution.
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize operational performance.
- Cross-train across additional products to enhance team scalability and continuity.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–7 years of experience in middle office, trade support, or derivatives operations.
- Proficiency in derivative products, trade booking, and lifecycle management.
- Advanced skills in Excel, Python, and AI tools for data analysis and automation.
- Familiarity with Bloomberg, MarkitWire, and trade capture systems.
- Understanding of valuation concepts across Swaps, FX, Rates, Futures, Credit, and Fixed Income.
- Strong attention to detail, multitasking ability, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivated with intellectual curiosity and a collaborative mindset.
