Senior Estimator Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to budgets.
- Analyze project plans and specifications to identify cost-saving opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to refine project scopes and budgets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, material costs, and construction methodologies.

Senior Estimator Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction estimation, with 10 years preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and cost estimation techniques.
- Proficiency in estimation software and tools, such as Bluebeam or similar platforms.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost assessments.
