  • As a Virtual Back Office Call Center Representative, you will provide essential administrative support to clinic and mobile operations in a fast-paced environment.
  • Handle high-volume incoming calls, addressing patient concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Perform patient registration, insurance verification, and updates to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Track member consents, conduct outreach, and manage ad hoc lists for established members.
  • Obtain medical records, process care plans, visit summaries, and mail educational materials to members.

Virtual Back Office Call Center Representative Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer incoming calls in a high-volume environment, addressing patient concerns and providing accurate information.
  • Achieve daily goals consistently as outlined by management to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Perform registration and insurance verification tasks for patient visits to ensure accurate documentation.

Virtual Back Office Call Center Representative Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional education or certifications are a plus.
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience; 3 years preferred.
