Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Cover front desk operations, ensuring smooth handling of incoming and outgoing communications.
- Order, set up, and clean up meals for meetings and events as needed.
- Restock office supplies and maintain inventory to support daily operations.
- Track deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing packages efficiently.
- Assist with document preparation, including Statements of Work (SOW) and tax processing.
- Handle administrative requests submitted through job logs, ensuring timely completion.
- Collaborate with teams to support general administrative tasks and special projects.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism in all interactions.
Administrative Assistant Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of three years of administrative experience in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Experience with PeopleSoft Financials is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for effective multitasking.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with superior grammar and punctuation.
