HR Generalist Overview

  • The HR Generalist role offers a dynamic opportunity to support a workforce of approximately 6,000 employees in various HR functions.
  • Provide comprehensive HR support, including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Collaborate on HR system enhancements and implementations to improve employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze employee data to identify trends and recommend strategies for enhancing HR practices.
  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, laws, and regulations while maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards.
  • Participate in large-scale HR initiatives and lead ad-hoc projects impacting organizational success.
  • Utilize Workday systems for HR operations and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support payroll, immigration processes, and performance management activities as part of daily operations.
  • Contribute to the overall administration of HR functions, including unemployment claims and employment verifications.

HR Generalist Key Responsibilities & Duties
