- Oversee the Record to Report (RTR) process, including Fixed Assets, General Accounting, and Financial Reporting for Americas operations.
- Collaborate with corporate finance teams to ensure accurate consolidations and financial reporting across legal entities.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability within the Shared Service delivery model.
- Lead a motivated team focused on continuous improvement and best practices in financial operations.
- Act as a key liaison to labels and affiliates, ensuring high-quality service delivery and effective communication.
- Participate in governance committees and represent the RTR team in organizational decision-making processes.

Senior Director Record to Report Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Lead the RTR process team to deliver efficient and standardized financial operations across the Americas.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Monitor performance metrics and service level agreements, suggesting improvements as necessary.
- Ensure audit controls are followed and provide guidance on audit strategies.
- Partner with corporate finance teams for consolidations and financial reporting.
- Act as a point of escalation for financial reporting and reconciliation issues.
- Coordinate with external groups affecting the RTR process to ensure alignment and efficiency.
- Manage offshore teams to drive process improvements and scalability.
- Support internal audit processes and ensure timely completion of period-end activities.
Senior Director Record to Report Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years in RTR leadership or process ownership roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP systems and financial process management.
- Experience in governance structures and compliance processes across global organizations.
- Strong leadership and project management skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Ability to build effective partnerships and communicate with diverse audiences.
- Knowledge of Six Sigma/Lean methodologies is desirable.
- Experience with audit controls and financial reporting compliance.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site requirements.
