- The Data Analyst, Reporting will oversee data pipelines, dashboards, and reporting infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of data delivery.
- Collaborate with the Head of Portfolio Management to execute technical designs and maintain data systems.
- Contribute to the firm's data-driven decision-making processes by providing reliable and structured data solutions.

Data Analyst, Reporting Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Build and maintain data pipelines and transformations using SQL and dbt.
- Load, refresh, and validate data across the firm's data warehouse and source systems.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Execute recurring data-quality checks and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Support firm-wide system implementations, data migrations, and integrations.
- Assist in testing and validation activities for new systems and enhancements.
- Develop automation scripts using Python, SQL, VBA, or Power Automate.
- Document technical processes and maintain up-to-date records of pipelines and routines.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data solutions align with business needs.
Data Analyst, Reporting Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in data analysis, BI, or data engineering roles.
- Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with data warehouses like Snowflake or Azure.
- Experience with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau for report creation.
- Exposure to data transformation tools like dbt and scripting languages like Python.
- Strong attention to detail and reliability in executing recurring deliverables.
- Ability to follow technical direction and maintain documentation accurately.
- Interest in financial services or asset management is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Effective communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow technically.
