Fund Finance Operations Associate Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Support the lifecycle of leveraged finance and structured credit transactions, ensuring data integrity and adherence to workflows.
• Manage onboarding activities for working capital workflows, including platform setup and client onboarding.
• Collaborate with agents, fund admins, and settlement teams to address trade breaks and operational challenges.
• Document, test, and troubleshoot middle office projects focused on scaling operations and enhancing data accuracy.
• Liaise with internal teams to support business development, risk management, and reporting initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with trade close processes from investment approval to deal funding and exit.
• Maintain and update sec master reviews, amendments, and reorganization processing.
• Contribute to the firm's commitment to accuracy, timeliness, and collaborative teamwork.

Fund Finance Operations Associate Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in private credit operations; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in Word and Excel for documentation and reporting tasks.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, demonstrated through prior experience.
• Interest in trade finance and credit markets, with the ability to adapt dynamically.
• Ability to work independently while being a collaborative and enthusiastic team player.
• Experience in deal closings, credit administration, and operational workflows.
