Director of Program Management Key Responsibilities & Duties

Director of Program Management Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in science or engineering discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in pharmaceutical product development.
• Expertise in managing product teams across the drug lifecycle continuum.
• Proficiency in MS Project, MS Excel; knowledge of Planview and SmartSheet beneficial.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with regulatory submissions and lifecycle management programs.
• Ability to work effectively in a matrixed management environment.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
