- Proficiency in coding, particularly Python, and navigating codebases.
- Strong written communication skills to explain complex concepts effectively.
- Availability to commit 30–40 hours weekly for the full engagement period.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, self-directed environment.
- Familiarity with AI/LLM tools at a user level is advantageous.
- Cybersecurity certifications such as OSCP, CRTO, or CEH are preferred.
