Administrative Assistant Overview

  • The Administrative Assistant role supports the marketing department during a temporary assignment, ensuring smooth operations and coordination.
  • This is a contract position lasting two months, with a hybrid work schedule.
  • Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with Mondays remote and Tuesday–Friday in-office.
  • The position involves administrative and marketing coordination tasks to support the team effectively.

Administrative Assistant Key Responsibilities & Duties
