- The IT Cloud Infrastructure Manager oversees cloud platforms and services to ensure security, availability, and cost-effectiveness in a global environment.
- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure solutions, integrating on-premise systems and networks using best practices.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, optimizing workloads for performance and scalability.
- Ensure compliance with cloud security standards, including identity management, encryption, and network security.
- Develop disaster recovery strategies and maintain cloud storage solutions to meet RPO/RTO objectives.
- Implement monitoring and observability tools for cloud services to ensure 24×7 operational readiness.
- Collaborate with global teams to maintain consistent service levels and support across time zones.
- Mentor and lead technical teams, ensuring timely delivery of cloud projects and operational support.
- Manage vendor relationships and oversee cloud provider services to optimize performance and costs.
IT Cloud Infrastructure Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Architect and operate cloud environments, including AWS and Azure, ensuring resource organization and security.

IT Cloud Infrastructure Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required for this position.
- 6-8 years of experience with public cloud platforms in production environments.
- Proficiency in ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and configuration management.
- Experience managing CMDB and configuration management practices in complex environments.
- Strong knowledge of cloud networking, security, and identity management concepts.
- Expertise in infrastructure automation and Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage cloud projects effectively.
