Developer Overview

• The Developer role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining robust software solutions to support business operations and ensure system reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical designs and actionable implementation plans.
• Architect high-availability systems for 24/7 operations, implementing redundancy, monitoring, and backup/recovery solutions.
• Develop, test, and maintain web applications, APIs, and batch processes tailored to organizational needs.
• Optimize database schemas and tune SQL for RDBMS platforms to enhance performance and scalability.
• Operate and manage cloud-based systems on AWS, ensuring efficient resource utilization and system reliability.
• Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, recovery, and implementing permanent fixes.
• Provide technical support during audits, regulatory reviews, and risk assessments to ensure compliance.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the organization.

Developer Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design and maintain high-availability systems, ensuring redundancy and robust monitoring capabilities.
• Develop and optimize database schemas and SQL queries for various RDBMS platforms.
• Build and maintain web applications, APIs, and batch processes to support business operations.
• Manage cloud-based systems on AWS, including EC2, ECS, Lambda, and RDS.
• Lead incident response efforts, performing root cause analysis and implementing permanent solutions.
• Execute regular maintenance activities, including patching, releases, and performance testing.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver technology solutions aligned with business requirements.
• Provide technical support during audits and regulatory reviews to ensure compliance.
• Participate in special projects and contribute to organizational improvement initiatives.

Developer Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is required.
• 6-8 years of full-stack development experience with Angular and Python.
• Proficiency in RDBMS platforms, including schema design and SQL performance tuning.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms, preferably AWS, and system monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Linux environments and source code management tools like TFS/DevOps.
• Versatility in managing multiple projects independently or as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work beyond regular office hours based on business needs.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word.
