Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Prepare and record journal entries to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Reconcile sales, receipts, and deposits for retail operations.
  • Manage electronic transactions and resolve disputes efficiently.
  • Assist with tax filings and compliance documentation preparation.
  • Support audits by organizing and preparing necessary materials.
  • Perform monthly account analyses and contribute to financial closings.
  • Review expense reports and facilitate payment processes.
  • Participate in inventory evaluations during mid-year and year-end assessments.
  • Engage in special projects to enhance operational efficiency.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business is required.
  • 0-2 years of accounting experience, preferably with ERP systems like Dynamics AX or D365.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent time management abilities.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to excel in a fast-paced atmosphere.
  • Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
