Overview

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of diverse construction projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive project plans and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, industry standards, and legal requirements throughout all project phases.
  • Engage with stakeholders to address project needs, resolve challenges, and achieve objectives effectively.
  • Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and present updates to management and clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with established timelines and budgets.
  • Coordinate with design and engineering teams to optimize project specifications and ensure compliance.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced education in construction management or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management within the construction industry; 10 years preferred.
  • Proven expertise in managing commercial construction projects across diverse sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation techniques.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in construction.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to manage teams and stakeholders effectively.
