Vice President, National Accounts Overview
- The Vice President, National Accounts will drive strategic growth through alternative investment product placement and management within key RIA and independent broker dealer relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to implement top-down sales initiatives and enhance client engagement strategies.
- Develop and execute client business plans, monitor their success, and align efforts with organizational goals.
- Lead research engagement initiatives to deliver industry-leading due diligence experiences and maintain alignment on strategic placement and industry trends.
- Cultivate trust-based relationships with research teams, analysts, and operational leaders to enhance collaboration and client satisfaction.
- Coordinate product and platform rollouts with internal and external partners to maximize sales opportunities.
- Document client-focused activities in CRM systems and maintain active SWOT documentation for key clients.
- Support field-based sales efforts through the development of key client collateral in collaboration with marketing teams.
- Travel up to 50% to support key client relationships and business development activities.

- Monitor and analyze the success of client business plans and adjust strategies accordingly.
Vice President, National Accounts Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; advanced degrees are advantageous.
- 10+ years of experience in placing complex products within RIA and independent firm ecosystems.
- Series 7 and 63 licenses are mandatory for this role.
- Proficiency in alternative investment products and asset classes is essential.
- Strong leadership, communication, and consultative sales skills are required.
- Ability to influence, persuade, and build consensus across diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with CRM systems, particularly Salesforce, is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client support and business development activities.
