Tax Principal Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Oversee federal and multi-state income tax return reviews for partnerships, corporations, and individuals.
- Conduct technical tax research and draft comprehensive correspondence for clients.
- Lead and mentor teams of staff, seniors, and managers in tax engagements.
- Plan and schedule engagements, ensuring efficient workflow and quality output.
- Develop engagement budgets and oversee billing processes effectively.
- Maintain and expand business relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Tax Principal Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
