Project Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee tenant improvement and capital projects, ensuring compliance with specifications and standards.
• Coordinate with contractors to compare pricing, finalize contracts, and monitor project progress.

Project Manager Job Requirements

• Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent education in construction management or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction project management; 5 years preferred.
• Proficiency in reading construction plans and understanding building codes and ADA compliance.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with tenants and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industrial real estate and tenant improvement processes is a plus.
