• The Real Estate Investment Associate will collaborate with senior team members on evaluating and executing investment opportunities.
• Develop financial models and conduct underwriting for potential real estate acquisitions and investments.
• Perform detailed research and due diligence on prospective opportunities, including financial and organizational analysis.
• Assist in asset management tasks, including business plan development and execution strategies.
• Prepare concise written presentations for investment committees and stakeholders.
• Engage in market assessments and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
• Participate in special projects such as refinancing opportunities and sector-specific initiatives.
• Interact with joint venture partners and third-party service providers to manage relationships effectively.
• Travel domestically to visit real estate assets and partners as required.

Real Estate Investment Associate Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of relevant real estate experience required.

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, for effective presentations.
• Ability to manage complex tasks independently with minimal supervision.
