POSITION OVERVIEW

Green Key Resources is looking for an Entry-Level Recruiter Trainee to join our dynamic staffing and recruiting division. This is an exciting opportunity for early-career professionals to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and sales within a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Engage in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles.
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through networking, outreach, and leveraging sourcing platforms.
• Collaborate with team leaders to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Utilize AI-integrated tools and ATS systems to streamline recruitment workflows and manage candidate data efficiently.
• Participate in instructor-led training to develop skills in recruitment, sales, and professional communication.
• Engage with candidates to assess their qualifications, career goals, and suitability for specific roles.
• Develop and execute creative strategies to attract both active and passive talent.
• Contribute to team success by collaborating on hiring goals and sharing best practices.
• Continuously enhance professional skills through ongoing training and development opportunities.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment, sales, or related fields.
• Strong interest in the staffing and recruiting industry.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and technology for recruitment processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and coachable with a growth mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment with in-office collaboration.
