Territory Sales Manager Overview
- The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for driving revenue growth and executing sales strategies within a designated geographical area.
- Engage with potential clients to present products, identify consumer needs, and recommend tailored solutions to promote and sell offerings.
- Collaborate with senior sales representatives and managers to create and execute effective sales plans and achieve regional targets.
- Develop strong relationships with medical professionals, including dermatologists, surgeons, and other healthcare providers.
- Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and provide regular updates to the Regional Sales Director.
- Participate in conventions and industry events to represent the client and expand the customer base.
- Leverage company resources, clinical specialists, and reference sites to achieve both short-term and long-term sales objectives.

Territory Sales Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties
- Meet or exceed sales quotas established for the assigned territory through proactive client engagement and strategic planning.
- Generate leads through cold calling, both in-person and via phone, to identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information on features, pricing, and additional services.
- Collaborate with internal and external sales representatives to share best practices and support cohesive sales approaches.

- Prepare and deliver timely reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and lead progress using CRM tools like Salesforce.

Territory Sales Manager Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in medical or capital sales.
- Experience with medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales is a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skills, both written and verbal.
