• 15+ years of experience in machine learning, computer vision, or signal processing systems.
• Proficiency in C++ and Python, with experience in frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring senior engineers.
• Expertise in developing perception systems for real-time applications.
• Strong ability to influence and align technical teams through clear communication.
• Preferred experience in robotics, autonomous systems, or defense technology environments.
• Ph.D. in computer vision, machine learning, or related technical field is advantageous.
