Finance Systems Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Design, test, and implement data models and dashboards for finance and operational reporting.

Finance Systems Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Data/Information Systems, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in data/BI/analytics or business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in dashboard creation using tools like Power BI or Tableau; SQL knowledge is advantageous.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling and designing user-friendly reports.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn AI-assisted development tools and techniques.
• Understanding of financial reporting and accounting principles; GAAP knowledge is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; exposure to Python or scripting is beneficial.
• Ability to present complex data insights to non-technical audiences effectively.
