Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications Overview

  • The Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications will lead efforts to strengthen investor relationships and external communications.
  • Develop compelling materials and campaigns to support fundraising and enhance investor engagement.
  • Collaborate with senior decision-makers and the investment team to align marketing strategies.
  • Shape the firm's brand presence within the fund finance market through innovative initiatives.
  • Drive a digital-first approach across marketing and investor communications activities.

Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications Key Responsibilities & Duties

Vice President, Capital Formation & Communications Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military service, preferably in a related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in marketing, communications, investor relations, or capital formation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, for creating impactful presentations.
  • Experience with tools like HTML, CSS, Salesforce, Google Analytics, and Adobe InDesign.
  • Strong analytical skills to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
