Regulatory Compliance and Tax Research Specialist Overview

  • The Regulatory Compliance and Tax Research Specialist will provide interim coverage for regulatory and tax research activities.
  • Interpret regulatory requirements and oversee PEO licensing applications prior to submission.
  • Engage in regulator correspondence and manage ESAC accreditation activities effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with CPEO certification requirements and other regulatory obligations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely regulatory submissions.
  • Provide expert guidance on regulatory compliance matters to support organizational goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures.

Regulatory Compliance and Tax Research Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties
