Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Manager Job Requirements

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
• Certification in neonatal specialty preferred, including NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in neonatal nursing, with 7 years preferred.
• Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
• Strong knowledge of clinical standards, hospital policies, and regulatory requirements.
