Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Manager Job Requirements
- Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree required.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Texas.
- Certification in neonatal specialty preferred, including NRP, PALS, and BLS certifications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in neonatal nursing, with 7 years preferred.
- Proven leadership and management experience in a healthcare setting.
