Senior Superintendent Key Responsibilities & Duties

Senior Superintendent Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in construction management, with 25 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in managing large-scale industrial and commercial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of preconstruction processes, including cost estimation and scheduling.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
