Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and create compelling job postings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to ensure alignment with organizational standards.
  • Coordinate and execute campus recruitment programs to attract emerging professionals.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics to identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency.
  • Support HR initiatives and contribute to special projects as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and organizational policies throughout recruitment activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment roles.
  • Proficiency in recruitment platforms and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with campus recruitment and executive hiring is preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and regulations governing recruitment practices.
