• Strong foundation in software engineering with experience in complex systems development.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop software engineers while managing team performance and priorities.
• Experience designing and reviewing software architectures, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with robotics, autonomous systems, embedded systems, or high-performance environments preferred.
