Bilingual Receptionist Overview

  • The Bilingual Receptionist will provide vital front desk and administrative support to ensure smooth operations within the organization.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
  • Collaborate with intake coordinators to screen first-time callers and manage appointment scheduling effectively.
  • Support the intake, admission, and discharge processes, ensuring accurate documentation and timely assistance.
  • Monitor the waiting area to meet client needs and ensure timely appointments.
  • Verify and maintain accurate patient demographic data, ensuring seamless communication with providers.

Bilingual Receptionist Job Requirements

  • Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree or equivalent educational background required.
  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience; 2 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook for administrative tasks.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills, with bilingual proficiency.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
