Proactive Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Oversee multifamily AEC projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to scope and quality.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to optimize project workflows and resource allocation.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and deliverables, reporting progress to stakeholders.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.

Proactive Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in project management preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multifamily AEC projects; 5 years preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
