- The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Chief of Staff, ensuring efficient operations within the President’s Office.
- Coordinate daily administrative tasks, acting as a liaison between executives, employees, students, and external stakeholders.
- Manage complex scheduling, event coordination, and communications to support institutional priorities and initiatives.
- Prepare and edit executive communications, reports, and presentations with a focus on accuracy and professionalism.

- Support special projects and initiatives through planning, tracking deliverables, and coordinating stakeholders.

Executive Assistant Job Requirements

- Experience in higher education or supporting senior-level executives is advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with proficiency in managing schedules, events, and communications.
