Product Manager Overview

• The Product Manager oversees the Palantir platform, ensuring optimal deployment and measurable outcomes for the client.
• Collaborate with users and stakeholders to define product strategy and prioritize development initiatives.

• Act as the liaison between technical teams and customer leadership, ensuring alignment of goals.

Product Manager Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the Palantir platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to translate requirements into actionable product capabilities.
• Lead deployment efforts, ensuring seamless onboarding and sustained operations.
• Conduct user discovery to identify workflows and translate them into product opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with users, operators, and senior leadership.
• Coordinate releases, testing, deployment, and user validation processes.
• Develop reusable patterns and standards to improve consistency and accelerate development.
• Identify opportunities for product expansion based on validated customer needs.

Product Manager Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in a relevant field is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience, with 7 years preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning a product or platform lifecycle from strategy through delivery.
• Deep hands-on experience with the Palantir platform, particularly Foundry.
• Strong understanding of Foundry's core capabilities and operational problem-solving applications.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with incomplete requirements.
• Technical fluency in architecture, data models, pipelines, and development tradeoffs.
• Experience working with government, defense, or public safety customers is preferred.
