Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Managing Director, Strategic Partnership to support and execute special projects.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring goals are met efficiently.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as tracking and sending invoices, preparing presentations, and managing contracts.
  • Support scheduling and spreadsheet development for various internal processes.
  • Engage in activities that streamline and document partnership-related processes to improve efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree required, preferably with a focus in a relevant field.
  • At least three years of professional experience in project management or a related administrative role.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in handling detailed, complex projects and making administrative procedures more efficient.
