Hospital Laboratory Director Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science, Medical Technology, or related field required.
• State Medical Technologist license and ASCP registration required.
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care laboratory supervisory experience; 5 years preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in managing laboratory and phlebotomy teams.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory operations, including blood bank, chemistry, hematology, and microbiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with organizational leadership.
