Controller Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Serve as a financial advisor to strategic client relationships, providing tailored financial guidance.
• Oversee the delivery of outsourced CFO services and financial strategy engagements.
• Guide clients on financial planning, operational infrastructure, and capital strategies.
• Lead major financial initiatives, including scaling operations and strategic transactions.
• Mentor and develop senior professionals within the advisory practice.

Controller Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in financial leadership roles; 20 years preferred.
• Proven expertise in financial strategy, operational infrastructure, and advisory services.
• Strong leadership skills with experience mentoring senior professionals.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency in financial planning, capital strategy, and business scaling initiatives.
