Overview

  • Lead the development of advanced business intelligence solutions to drive strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify analytics opportunities and implement innovative data-driven solutions.
  • Transform complex datasets into actionable insights through cutting-edge reporting and visualization tools.
  • Evaluate and integrate emerging AI and analytics technologies to enhance user experiences and solution capabilities.
  • Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of business intelligence projects, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
  • Research and recommend innovative tools and methodologies to improve organizational analytics performance.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and governance standards in all analytics initiatives.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of analytics processes and best practices.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements through advanced analytics.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into business intelligence solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
  • Prepare and transform complex datasets for reporting and advanced analytics applications.
  • Lead all phases of BI development, including requirements gathering, design, deployment, and maintenance.
  • Evaluate and recommend new BI technologies to advance organizational analytics capabilities.
  • Ensure adherence to security protocols and governance standards in all analytics projects.
  • Maintain compliance with SDLC methodologies and best practices to ensure project success.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering roles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, SQL, Python or R, and REST-based APIs.
  • Strong knowledge of data modeling, semantic-layer design, and advanced SQL/T-SQL techniques.
  • Familiarity with Azure AD authentication and row-level security implementation is preferred.
  • Understanding of data governance, quality, and responsible data management practices.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Experience in the legal industry is preferred but not mandatory.
