Key Responsibilities & Duties

Design and implement AI-driven models, tools, and workflows tailored to business needs.
Develop and maintain AI features in products, such as chat agents and automation pipelines.
Research, prototype, and deploy AI applications using Python and advanced frameworks.
Collaborate with domain experts to identify and execute high-value AI use cases.
Implement retrieval augmented generation (RAG) and function calling integrations.
Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions with existing systems and workflows.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
Proficiency in Python programming and experience with AI frameworks such as LangChain.
Hands-on experience with LLM APIs and building MCP servers/clients.
Knowledge of vector stores and retrieval augmented generation (RAG) techniques.
Experience in financial services or hedge fund environments is preferred.
Master’s or Ph.D. in Artificial Intelligence or Computer Science is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex challenges.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing remote and on-site collaboration.
