  • Handle high-volume inbound calls, ensuring patient concerns are addressed and routed efficiently to appropriate resources.
  • Collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals managing 500-600 calls daily, fostering a supportive work environment.

Call Center Representative Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Answer and manage 40-65 inbound calls daily, actively listening to patient concerns and providing accurate information.
  • Perform patient registration, insurance verification, and updates to ensure seamless clinic operations.
  • Track member consents and maintain accurate records of enrolled and engaged members.
  • Conduct outreach to patients using ad hoc lists, no-show reports, and assigned panel lists.
  • Obtain and process medical records, care plans, and visit summaries efficiently.
  • Distribute member educational materials and ensure timely communication of relevant information.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure continuity of care and operational excellence.
  • Utilize Slack for internal communication and ticketing systems for unresolved patient inquiries.

Call Center Representative Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications or education preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related experience; 3 years preferred.
  • Proficiency in electronic medical records and Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated excellence in data entry and customer service skills.
  • Strong ability to empathize, build relationships, and address patient needs effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills for information continuity.
