Employee Relations Consultant Overview

  • The Employee Relations Consultant will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters and investigations.
  • Collaborate with the Employee Relations Head and Directors to address an influx of cases effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with legal ethics and confidentiality standards while handling sensitive information.
  • Support documentation processes and communication strategies with employees and leadership teams.
  • Work in a hybrid schedule, combining remote and on-site work for optimal flexibility.
  • Contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance employee relations practices.
  • Leverage extensive experience in employee relations to provide strategic insights and solutions.
  • Engage in a contract role with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.

Employee Relations Consultant Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Conduct thorough investigations into employee relations cases and document findings accurately.

  • Strong knowledge of legal ethics and confidentiality standards.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees and leadership teams.
