- Master’s degree in nursing or related field; candidates completing a program considered.
- Minimum of five years clinical nursing experience in surgical services.
- Three years of supervisory experience in perioperative settings.
- Current licensure with the California Board of Registered Nursing within six months of hire.
- Current CPR and ACLS certifications required; CNOR certification preferred.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, quality improvement processes, and financial management.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills essential for success.
