Financial Analyst Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Prepare quarterly performance data and analyses for funds and investments.
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts for current and future strategies.
• Conduct variance analysis to identify performance drivers and actionable insights.
• Collaborate with accounting and investor relations teams on reporting and filings.
• Manage enterprise cloud-based financial reporting systems for portfolio reporting.
• Prepare and file regulatory documents for funds on a quarterly and annual basis.
• Support the coordination and review of monthly and quarterly fund valuations.
• Assist deal teams in maintaining financial reports for portfolio investments.

Financial Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial analysis; 4 years preferred.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis techniques.
• Experience with cloud-based financial reporting systems is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory filings and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing assignments effectively.
• Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and presentations.
