Commercial Superintendent Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; additional certifications in construction management preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision, including ground-up projects and renovations.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools for project tracking.
• Strong knowledge of RFIs and their application in construction projects.
• Ability to develop and manage project look-aheads effectively.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and coordinate stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of construction safety protocols and regulations.
