- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and industry standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to work on-site and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
- Experience with Memorial Hermann, Houston Methodist, or Harris Health projects is highly desirable.
