Clinical Education Coordinator Key Responsibilities & Duties

Clinical Education Coordinator Job Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory clinical experience, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Electronic Medical Records systems.
• Strong communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills to lead and mentor staff effectively.
