  • The Cash and Reconciliations Specialist will manage daily cash and position reconciliations across multiple accounts and platforms.
  • Collaborate with Trading, Technology, and Operations teams to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Utilize internal and third-party systems to maintain accurate transaction records and support investment strategies.
  • Identify and address process gaps, proposing innovative solutions to enhance operational workflows.

Cash and Reconciliations Specialist Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Perform daily cash and position reconciliations across various systems and Prime Brokers.
  • Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks, ensuring timely escalation and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to address process inefficiencies.
  • Respond promptly to queries and requests from Trading, Technology, and Operations teams.
  • Utilize reconciliation tools like DUCO to streamline operations and enhance accuracy.
  • Support the development and implementation of solutions for operational challenges.

Cash and Reconciliations Specialist Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations or financial services, with exposure to equities, credit, derivatives, and rates preferred.
  • Proficiency with reconciliation tools like DUCO or similar platforms is advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
